Supported Carriers: Participating carriers include T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket. They are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Support Issues and Unsubscribing: You can opt out of Car Craze Central SMS Program at any time by sending a text with the words STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL to #####. Ownership, Trademarks, and Modifications to Offers: Car Craze Central or its partners own all legal rights, title, and interest in Car Craze Central SMS Program services and offers. Limitation of Liability: Car Craze Central, its officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Car Craze Central SMS Program service, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages. If applicable law prohibits a disclaimer or limitation, Car Craze Central’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, not exceeding US $500.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Car Craze Central harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of this agreement or violation of laws or others’ rights.

Governing Law and Venue: The agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of Florida.
